Hello! My name is Brian Brown. I'm the Business Development Director for Grand Welcome of Palm Springs.
I am pleased to bring over 20 years in vacation rentals, real estate, and banking to our team. Understanding all sides of a home, from the purchase, lending and the prospect of being a successful rental, I combine it all to assist homeowners and team to provide the most information and get the best results.
I understand the rental market, the competition and always consult with honesty and build relationships with each of our homeowners, building bridges of unwavering trust.

When I’m not busy working with current owners or prospective owners, I enjoy spending time with my wife Liz and my young sons, Braden and Lucas, coaching sports and enjoying the outdoors.

About Me
I'm Justin Marché, and I've been immersed in the hospitality industry for over 15 years now. Throughout my journey, I've had the opportunity to travel across various states, but Southern California will always be my home.
Growing up surrounded by hardworking entrepreneurs instilled a strong work ethic in me from a young age. I pursued my passion by earning a degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management at Northern Arizona University & Le Cordon Bleu. Armed with knowledge from college and a career in the hotel industry, I took a deep dive into STRs and have been excelling ever since. I find immense satisfaction in tackling the day-to-day challenges of the STR industry, helping owners maximize their revenue and enhance the overall guest experience.
What I Love About Palm Springs
Outside the world of hospitality, you'll find me indulging in hobbies like golfing with friends and producing music in my home studio. I have a deep love for travel and cherish spending quality time with my family.

About Me
Hey, I'm Cindy Nesello, born and raised in San Diego. My love for travel began at an early age, in college, during my time as an exchange student in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
I lived in Florianopolis, Brazil, for 22 years, where I raised three awesome daughters and ran three restaurants and a boutique hotel. I also opened an eco-sport facility with a community cabin that slept up to 40 people. It was a blast!
In 2016, I returned to the United States and now live in Coachella Valley. My passion for travel lead me to pursue a career in hospitality and vacation rental management.
I love being apart of the Grand Welcome Palm Springs family. Getting to serving others and make people smile, is something I enjoy doing each and every day.
