I am pleased to bring over 20 years in vacation rentals, real estate, and banking to our team. About Me
I'm Justin Marché, and I've been immersed in the hospitality industry for over 15 years now. Throughout my journey, I've had the opportunity to travel across various states, but Southern California will always be my home.
Growing up surrounded by hardworking entrepreneurs instilled a strong work ethic in me from a young age. I pursued my passion by earning a degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management at Northern Arizona University & Le Cordon Bleu. Armed with knowledge from college and a career in the hotel industry, I took a deep dive into STRs and have been excelling ever since. I find immense satisfaction in tackling the day-to-day challenges of the STR industry, helping owners maximize their revenue and enhance the overall guest experience.

Outside the world of hospitality, you'll find me indulging in hobbies like golfing with friends and producing music in my home studio. I have a deep love for travel and cherish spending quality time with my family.

About Me
My Name is Stacy Bottroff. I've lived in the Coachella valley for over 35 years and bring with me 30 years of experience in the vacation rental home industry.
I've also owned a construction company and a housekeeping company and have a background in managing vacation rental properties.
In 2015 I was the recipient of the Golden Palms Award for "Heart of the House" in vacation rental homes.
I truly enjoy serving guests and our vacation rental owners and would love the opportunity to work with you.
What I Love About Palm Springs
What I love most about the Coachella Valley is the rich history it has in architecture. living here and being involved with vacation rentals as long as I have has allowed me to be inside some of the most spectacular homes. I look forward to many more years of being able to do what I love.

Hey, I'm Cindy Nesello, born and raised in San Diego. My love for travel began at an early age, in college, during my time as an exchange student in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
I lived in Florianopolis, Brazil, for 22 years, where I raised three awesome daughters and ran three restaurants and a boutique hotel. I also opened an eco-sport facility with a community cabin that slept up to 40 people. It was a blast!
In 2016, I returned to the United States and now live in Coachella Valley. My passion for travel lead me to pursue a career in hospitality and vacation rental management.
I love being apart of the Grand Welcome Palm Springs family. Getting to serving others and make people smile, is something I enjoy doing each and every day.

Hi, I’m Denise Turner, owner and operator of Grand Welcome Palm Springs. I have over 20 years of experience in property management and a background in business administration and marketing. I've held various leadership roles, including managing large portfolios of properties and leading teams in the Central Valley.
My love for community and leadership also extends to volunteer work with organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association, where I served as a Walk Chair.
I’m passionate about creating unforgettable vacation experiences and helping our property owners achieve their goals.
