Hello! 聽My name is Michael St. Pierre. I'm the Business Development Director for Grand Welcome of Palm Springs. 聽Prior to joining Grand Welcome, Palm Springs, I have been in the vacation rental management platform and overall hospitality industry the past 26 years.
Over this time, I have supported many homeowners in new program alignment, owner relations, day to day operations in guest services, housekeeping, engineering, project management and an overall jack of all when it comes to this industry.
My business development and owner relations expertise mean I can understand where an owner is coming from and understand the day-to-day operations to assure long-term success to your home away from home!
What I聽Love About Palm Springs
When I鈥檓 not busy working with current owners or prospective owners, I enjoy spending time with my six children and being actively involved in my community coaching sports and getting out hiking and mountain biking! But hands down my favorite sport is soccer, and love to catch any events hosted at the Empire Polo Club.

I'm Justin March茅, and I've been immersed in the hospitality industry for over 15 years now. Throughout my journey, I've had the opportunity to travel across various states, but Southern California will always be my home.
Growing up surrounded by hardworking entrepreneurs instilled a strong work ethic in me from a young age. I pursued my passion by earning a degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management at Northern Arizona University & Le Cordon Bleu. Armed with knowledge from college and a career in the hotel industry, I took a deep dive into STRs and have been excelling ever since. I find immense satisfaction in tackling the day-to-day challenges of the STR industry, helping owners maximize their revenue and enhance the overall guest experience.

Hello! 聽My name is DeeAnn Abdullah. I'm the Bookkeeper/Back Operations Specialist for Grand Welcome Palm Springs. 聽Prior to joining Grand Welcome Palm Springs, I was a freelance, full-charge bookkeeper specializing in small local business.
For over 40 years I have supported many clients in a variety of industries, from construction and development to property management to medical billing. 聽My accounting and organizational expertise means I can take a shoebox full of receipts/invoices and turn them into a viable set of financial statements!

Hey, I'm Cindy Nesello, born and raised in San Diego. My love for travel began at an early age, in college, during my time as an exchange student in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
I lived in Florianopolis, Brazil, for 22 years, where I raised three awesome daughters and ran three restaurants and a boutique hotel. I also opened an eco-sport facility with a community cabin that slept up to 40 people. It was a blast!
In 2016, I returned to the United States and now live in Coachella Valley. My passion for travel lead me to pursue a career in hospitality and vacation rental management.
I聽love being apart of the Grand Welcome Palm Springs family. Getting to serving others and make people smile, is something I enjoy doing each and every day.

Hi there! I'm Brandon Ezra. In 2009 I started my first short-term property management business in Mammoth Lakes, California. Over the years, I continued to expand into other locations and developed industry-leading marketing, technology, and operational techniques.

We had a great time with our family at The Chic Desert Oasis in Palm Springs. The house was centrally located and had so many wonderful amenities, including a gorgeous pool. The Grand Welcome team made us feel right at home!
My family and I had an amazing stay at the Modern Desert Oasis in Palm Springs, hosted by the lovely folks at Grand Welcome. The home was even more breathtaking than the pictures. My kids loved the pool and the jacuzzi so much had such a great time. Definitely our all-time favorite Airbnb!

Grand Welcome rolled out the red carpet with fun games, a pool table and tons of hang out space for everyone in your party. The house is decorated super cute and there is plenty of room to just lounge and relax in the desert. We鈥檙e all excited to come back to Palm Springs and stay with Grand聽Welcome.
We had an amazing girls weekend at the Poolside Panorama!聽The home was adorably decorated with a Palm Springs vibe, perfectly clean and so comfy. Everything down to check-in and out was first class. Thank you Grand Welcome!聽I聽can鈥檛 wait to go back.
Casa de Arcos was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. Located in a quiet Palm Springs neighborhood close driving distance to downtown Palm Springs (and also close to an Albertsons). The fireplace and heated outdoor pool made our stay especially memorable. I would highly recommend Grand Welcome!
We had an amazing stay in Palm Springs. Grand Welcome was an incredible host. The home was sparkling clean, comfortable and a perfect place to just slow down. The fireplaces (inside and out) were great to sit and relax near, and the hot tub was a highlight, especially after long hikes in the surrounding areas (we did Joshua Tree and the Murray Canyon Trail). Thank you Grand Welcome!
